Synopsis
Filmed over more than three years, Democrats charts the complex creation of Zimbabwe’s first democratic constitution.
The film follows Paul Mangwana, representing ZANU-PF, the party of Robert Mugabe, and Douglas Mwonzora, a representative of the Movement for Democratic Change (M.D.C.), run by Morgan Tsvangirai.
